Question FTP


Hey can any one tell me if there is a compnent I can download that will let me add FTP with verry little hand coding? If not can some one help me with getting on the right track to do it myself?

A simple google search

Theses URLs basically point to ocx files that handle most of the code for you. This is generally a simple method. I'm sure there are also lots of .bas files posted somewhere that you could use...

RFC 959 describes the FTP protocol, and a later RFC clears up any discrepancies in its description. Coupled with a good knowledge of the winsock control or winsock API, it is all you need to make the most simple or advanced FTP client you want to.
