Question final version

What is the best way to complie code? I tried the 'release' option, but it still seems to put some source code in the file. How do you pull up the .exe maker like you used to in VB 6?

Also, what files are needed to make a VB file work, and is there an easy install maker in VB .NET?

Choose Configuration Manager from the Build menu and choose Release. Then choose Build Solution from the Build menu.

As for an install maker, when you create a new project, one of the choices (in the left pane) is setup and deployment projects. There is full documentation on how to use these in your help files.
