Question Run-Time Error 126


When I run my application(*.exe) written in VB, the following message box appears: Run-Time Error '126'.
Whats this error means?

Note that in VB-environment this error not happen.

Well, when I say 'Err.Raise 126' in the VB IDE, it says 'Application-defined or user-defined error', meaning that some custom control or possibly a DLL reference in the program is erroring.

From searching I think it something to do with Winsock, a built in bug of some sort... MSDN says nothing helpful that I can find..
