Default Toolbar in a rebar example (or help)?

I've figured out how to put a toolbar control in a rebar. But for some reason my icons are getting 'chopped', the picture, at the top.

Anyone got a good example of using a toolbar in a rebar with smaller icons 16x16 that works? I mean, mine works but the darn icon pics get chopped off.
