Default Use vertex blending in direct 3D 9.0

I need to know if is possible to use .X files created in 3D max, for control the bones and use the vertex blending in Visual Basic .net and DirectX 9.0.

I need source code in VB.net or VB 6.0 with an example using .X files and using the bones created in that file.

Do you want something like a code conversion from the c++ samples into VB .NET?

What are you using this for?
