Question Grey out a member of a combo box

Hi all,

Is there a way to make inactive a member of a combo box. I have written code for one of the members in the list, but it shouldn't be in production for a while, so I wanted it to be "greyed-out".

Thanks,

RichS

Not directly. You could either just not include it in your combobox at all (the easy way), or have a look at VolteFace's sample in the Knowledge Base about subclassing/colorizing a listbox, and adapt it to work with a combobox (the hard way). There might also be third-party controls available.
