How can you tell when the progress bar is done(when it becomes empty)?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question.... When the progress-bar is full, it's Value is equal to it's Max property.. when it's empty, the Value is 0.

If ProgressBar1.Value = ProgressBar1.Max Then
'do something because its complete
End If
