Does anybody know how i can make my own control panel applet (.cpl)??

In VB6? If it's possible at all, it sure won't be easy.

In the Extending the Shell section of MSDN there is a section about writing Control Panel apps.

I've only looked at it briefly, but it looks fairly heavy.
