Default Crytal Report "Verify Database" message

OS = Windows XP Professional; VB 6 Enterprise; Crytal Report XI Developer Edition

I have written an VB application that has a "Menu Screen" for various reports design in Crytal Reports.

The problem is, everytime I access the report, I am getting the following message: "Verify Database: The database file "table name" has been changed. Proceeding to fix up the report! OK(button)"

I don't want the user to have to see this message or press the OK button. How do I get rid of it?

Thanks,
Sam

Just a wild guest

I must admit that I'm not good at Crystal and haven't used the newer version, But are you using rpt file or crystal report designer?

Because in older version if you are creating a rpt file there's an option in the menu where you can set the report to automatically verify the database everytime you run the report I don't know if same applies to version XI.

Dennis DVR:

I found where you were talking about and un-checked the "Refresh" option. Your suggestion worked. Thank You

As a side note you can toggle this option on and off programmatically as well via the CRAXDRT library. Look into the .discardsaveddata() method
