What is the Editable lifetime of a post ? I've noticed that posts I made some time ago (days) are no longer editable

I believe it's 24 hours. But only the Admins can check the official setting.
Anything in particular, you want us to fix for you? Or just a general question ...

Your belief is correct, it is 24 hours. (The official setting is 1440 minutes).
