Restarting Timers

I am just starting out using VB and need to reset/restart a timer when a certain action is ran. I found this code on an example that restarts the timer, but I was wondering if there is a better way to do this?

Code:

DelayTimer.Stop()
DelayTimer.Enabled = True

It's the same as yours, but a little easier to read... I normally just use the Enabled property to see if it's running. Not to change it.
