You can't "compress" the memory of any process. what you can do perhaps is free unused memory, or fix memory leaks, that unfortunately most applications tend to leave behind. 
Performing any sort of compression/modification in some random memory location could be devastating to the functionality of an application that uses it.
Any remote process modification, requires advanced techniques, which can also be used for illegal purposes, hence this forum doesn't allow such discussion topics.
