Create an install package.
There are several posts on this site that deal with creating install packages just search on creating an install package or look at the VB6 Installation / Documentation forum.

A couple of links to get you started.
How use PDW in vb6.0?
HowTo deploy an VB6 application with VSI1.1
Best way to make a package

Note: I did not read these threads so may not have all of the information you need but should get you started.
