Default Excel VBA Internet Explorer Redirect

Ive coded the creation of a new IE window and have it navigate to the Google>Im Feeling Lucky links using the search as the site of Amazon and the search string of Movie <Title> where title is the name of the title.

This works, it opens IE and takes me to the website... but now I need it to do something else, not sure how to do this. When you click on the image (the cover art of the film) it opens a larger image
see here http://www.amazon.com/Flatliners-Kie.../dp/0800177789
I want it to automatically click/open the larger image and download it...

All automated yes!
How can I do this?
