Default Creating a batch file for a flash drive


I'd like to write a program that would reside on a flash drive, and upon insertion into a USB port begins a scheduled back-up. I'm not quite sure how to approach this. Any ideas?

how about writing an "autorun.inf" in flash drive to achieve the same result?
