Default [VB6] - about bitmaps on menus


i know that there is very tools(100% free too), but i wanted my own code for put bitmaps on menu.
but i need ask something;
- why the image(when the mouse move on it) is inverted(the colors)?
- (a theory)if i put 1 inverted image, the image is showed\drawed normaly?
