mouse,color.....

I just thought that how i move mouse cursor by some color :
If there is a green spot then mouse goes óver the greenspot

I'm not sure I follow. Do you want to do something when the mouse cursor is over a specific color, restrict the mouse cursor to a colored area, or move the mouse cursor to a specific color?
