Question creating toolbar

Your previous post is a little confusing....

Download the Windows toolbar? Unless you have somehow uploaded it, I don't think you mean to "download" it.

Also, by "Windows Toolbar", do you mean Windows Taskbar?(Very different things)

I can't help you no matter what you mean, but I am sure someone can if you make it more clear.
