I want to no if ther is a program that dus this, or if ther is not a spesific program like this, I want to no how to make a program that dus this, with Visual Basic 6:

• Works with Internet Explorer 5.5, on Windows 95
• It changes the web page that you ar viewing, so that wen you view it it will be difrint then the server sent
• Has a directory for component files, it checks ech file that a part uv the file-name (seperated bi _) is matches a part uv the URL (or a part ALL for always), in alfabeticle order
• The parts in the component files ar seperated bi @ and then sumthing that tels wat that part is, and the parts inside is VBscript code
• The file http://zzo38computer.cjb.net/example/filter.txt will work as a component file for this program

Seems pretty specific. I'm not sure that you'll find anything that remotely resembles what you want.

As for wanting to know how to do stuff like that, why not just flat out ask for someone to do this for you.... Oh wait, you basically did...

Maybe start on it yourself and if you hit some snags, ask more specific questions.
