What Windows component do I need to use in order to commiunicate with/through a digital phone line?

A digital phone line doesn't need anything specific to communicate...

So, I don't need an instance of some component on my form such as MSComm Control, Winsock, etc.??

Of course, but nothing specific which is different from an ordinary phone line.
