Why IIS return me an error telling me then it is unable to create a new application when i request an asp page?(in local the same page works with no problem).

I'm not sure I understand the problem...

If you're trying to move an existing web application from your machine to a web server, you might need to setup the virtual directory of the application on the web server to be an application in IIS Management Console (in the console, right-click on the application, select properties, and press the 'Create' button to create the application).

But you said "unable to create a new application" which means there could be some other problem. Are you trying to create a new project on a web server from your machine using InterDev maybe?
