Exclamation Write .log-File with the number of executions of an .exe-File

I would like to count the times an .exe-File was executed.

Example:
The file Notepad.exe was executed, so I want to write in The .log-File NOTEPAD=1. If is executed two times the .log-File looks so NOTEPAD=2.

To understand this problem better:
I want to write a list about how many times .exe-Files are executed.

You know a way to realize this?

Greetings, MiFeo

Excuse my English, but I'm from Switzerland...
