Default mysql dsn-less mail merge

Hi,
I need to create a DSN-Less connection to my mysql server in vba so I can do a mail merge in publisher. I can't find any good examples can someone give me a pointer in the right direction. I can get a connection in VB using myODBC but I don't see the option for myODBC in mail merge Wizard. Thanks for your help

John
