Unhappy MSFlexgrid

Does anyone know of any sites that have a good tutorial on the MSFlexgrid?
I want to create a program that shows the time it takes to drive among 5 cities using the MSFlexgrid. I couldn’t find anything relevant on MSDN and I’m having trouble finding anything useful on the web.

Thanks All

Have you read FlyGuy's thread on the subject in the Code Library ?
