Question INNO Setup Problem

I have very basic version of vb and it doesnt make file.I installed INNO setup and try to compile the script file as instructed in web site ,to have a rough idea what it looks like I'm attaching the scipt file

ok I even unzipped files provided on the web site..I'm following the instruction from this website Jrsoftware.org

when I tried to compile it says "REquired [setup] section directive "App Name" not specified

I checked the path and everything it looks ok to me..any suggestions? or is there anyother way I can make my proj an exe one?..

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that the version of VB you have will not let you compile your program to an EXE (eg. the Learning Edition). If so, then INNO won't help. It doesn't compile your program either. It just combines the EXE plus all required DLLs etc into a single file for installation.
