Default Closing access application - clicking X on top right

I want to capture when am closing msaccess application (by clicking X on extreme top right)...

I reiterate it is closing appilcation itself, not closing an open form of the mdb...
Actually i want to display a global variable(thru a msg box yes/no type) when am closing the application...

And depending on user's input( yes/no), i should be able to close application or stay in the application.....

Just like access prompts for saving any forms changed in design view, when user closes access application.....the same way i want to display a global string variable thru a msgbox, and depending on users input, access application to be closed or not....

Hope am clear...
seeing fwd to any replies...
